The Orchard Pool & Pavilion
A resort-style pool with a shaded pavilion, lap lanes, and a children's wading area.

- Daily, 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Memorial Day – Labor Day)
- Access
- Key fob access required. Guests limited to four per household.
Founders Clubhouse
Reservable event space with a great room, catering kitchen, and covered terrace overlooking the green.

- Reservable daily, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Access
- Reserve up to 90 days in advance via the resident portal.
Fitness Studio
A quiet, light-filled studio with cardio and strength equipment, refreshed in 2025.

- Daily, 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Access
- Key fob access. Please wipe down equipment after use.
Hawthorn Tennis & Pickleball Courts
Two lit tennis courts and two dedicated pickleball courts, available on a first-come basis.

- Daily, 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Access
- 60-minute play limit when others are waiting.
Orchard Walking Trail
A 1.3-mile paved loop through native plantings, connecting all three neighborhood sections.

- Open daily, dawn to dusk

- Leashed pets welcome; please use waste stations.
Millrace Dog Park
A fenced, half-acre off-leash park with separate areas for small and large breeds.

- Daily, 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM

- Owners must remain on-site and clean up after pets.
Founders Green Playground
A modern play structure and shaded seating for caregivers, adjacent to the community garden.

- Open daily, dawn to dusk

- Recommended for ages 2–12. Adult supervision required.
Community Garden Plots
Twenty-four raised garden beds available for seasonal lease by residents.

- Annual plot lottery opens each February.
